Sinclair Prosser Gasior welcomes Attorney Brooke J. Shemer
Brooke received her law degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where she was inducted into the Heuisler Honor Society for graduating in the top ten percent of her class. During law school, Brooke was a Staff Editor for the University of Baltimore Law Review. Her Comment, Estate Planning for the Posthumously Conceived Child: A Blueprint for the Sperm Donor, was published in the University of Baltimore Law Review’s Fall 2012 issue. She also served on the Student Bar Association as a student representative.
Brooke focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning and estate administration. Ms. Shemer is admitted to the Maryland Bar and is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association Elder Law and Estate and Trusts Sections. During law school, Brooke clerked in the estate administration department of a law firm in Howard County.
