We aim to foster lifelong relationships with clients and their families. In pursuit of this goal, we want to highlight the unique features of our law firm for our clients:
FREE phone calls. No charge for client phone calls with questions concerning the design of your estate plan, funding of your living trust, or general questions about your estate planning.
FREE estate reviews. We recommend reviewing your estate plan every 3-5 years, or sooner if you have any significant changes. It’s important that you understand your plan and are confident in the decisions you made, so we won’t charge for client review consultations.
We help fund your Trust. We prepare documents needed to re-title your assets into your Trust or establish beneficiaries to coordinate with the trust. If you need help along the way, our paralegals are there to assist at no charge.
We guarantee our plans! If you are not 100% satisfied with your NEW estate plan, we will revise it to your satisfaction (to the extent allowable under law) for no additional fee within 90 days of signing your estate plan.
Law-Change Protection; Notification of Future Law Changes. We provide courtesy notices and newsletters about significant legal developments that may affect your planning, and what is needed to update your documents. Additional costs may be required to update plans.
Ongoing Support to your Family. We meet with the Trustee(s) in charge at no cost to explain what legal steps need to be taken, and to review the incapacitated or deceased client’s affairs. If legal services are needed, we will quote what our charges would be to assist the Trustee(s) in settling the estate.
Focus on Client Education. We host a unique Trustee And Power Of Attorney School that educates future fiduciaries and clients about tools of an estate plan, how they work, what to do, when to act, and much more. We have other educational events on special interest topics, both legal and non-legal; offer a library of free reports on estate planning; and regularly publish blogs on various estate planning topics to our website.
Advanced Planning. Medicaid planning, estate taxes, multi-generation wealth transfers, business owners, asset protection, and more. Our attorneys are well versed in many advanced estate planning strategies.
Our belief that EVERYONE needs an estate plan. No matter your age or financial status, every adult should have their basic estate planning documents (Power of Attorney, Living Will, and HIPPA authorization) in place. While we excel at planning complex estates, we are also happy to assist in planning simple estates.
