Attorney Jon Gasior is the Owner of Sinclair Prosser Gasior. He oversees the law firm’s operations from the moment a client engages the firm, providing ongoing support to families, through times of incapacity to settling estates after a loved one’s passing.
Jon believes estate planning is a lifelong endeavor and that it is essential to assist and educate clients through all stages of life so they can make well-informed, life-impacting decisions. Dedicated to educating the public and clients through free educational seminars, he is committed to helping people create financial and emotional security for themselves and their loved ones.
Professional Experience:
Jon is admitted to the Maryland Bar and is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association’s Estates & Trusts and Elder Law & Disability Rights sections, as well as the Elder Law & Disability Rights Section Council. He has presented educational seminars on estate planning and incapacity for organizations such as the National Business Institute, the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, the Alzheimer’s Association, and the Arc of Prince George’s County. Jon was recognized by Super Lawyers as a 2025 Rising Star and by What’s Up? Media as a Leading Lawyer in Elder Law, Trusts and Estates, Wills and Probate Law.
His previous experience includes McCabe, Weisberg & Conway LLC, where he handled default servicing on residential loans, acting as a liaison between multinational financial institutions and their customers facing difficult circumstances. He was also an advocate for Wake Forest’s Elder Law Clinic, where he drafted wills, advance directives, and healthcare and durable powers of attorney. He also advised on Medicaid planning and consumer debt issues for the elderly.

Jon attributes his passion for learning, attention to detail, and empathy to his success in providing equitable solutions for clients. He was born in Colorado Springs, Colorado, grew up primarily in Massachusetts, and currently lives in Annapolis with his wife, three sons, and their miniature schnauzer. They enjoy staying active, traveling, and taking advantage of the many amenities Maryland has to offer.
