Beth Burgee is a Managing Attorney at Sinclair Prosser Gasior, focusing on estate administration clients.
Beth first became interested in estates and trusts while in law school. She took inspiration from her professor who previously practiced as an estate planning attorney in Washington, D.C. Additionally, observing the effects of poor estate planning on her own family drove her desire to help others avoid the same situation. It is her goal to assist clients through the estate administration life cycle and carefully guide them through each step of the process. She sees the attorney-client relationship as an important cornerstone in her practice and strives to work together with her clients to support them through an otherwise difficult time.
Professional Experience
Beth is admitted to practice law in the State of Maryland. She is a member of the Estates and Trusts Section and the Elder Law Section of the Maryland State Bar Association. While in law school, Beth served as a peer mentor for new students providing guidance by sharing her own success stories and lessons learned. She was recognized by Super Lawyers as a 2025 Rising Star.
